UF Researcher’s floating lab uses HiPerGator for data analysis – Research Computing

UF Researcher Leonid Moroz is using the University of Florida’s HiPerGator computing cluster to analyze data he is collecting on his floating laboratory.

Data is collected at sea using an on-board gene sequencer, then the data is sent via satellite to the University of Florida and processed on the HiPerGator supercomputer.
