This year, UFIT Research Computing marks the sixth anniversary of HiPerGator, UF’s supercomputer for research. It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2019 HiPerGator Symposium:
Tuesday, October 22, 2019
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: UF Informatics Institute
The purpose of this symposium is to bring together HiPerGator users and showcase their research in a broad variety of disciplines, share their experience and results, and foster communication and collaboration among HiPerGator users.
The program will consist of 12 ten-minute lightning talk presentations in the morning and a poster session during and after lunch.
We welcome students and postdocs who are currently HiPerGator users to submit abstracts for consideration for poster presentations and lighting talks. Submitters may choose to have their abstract considered for a lightning talk, or poster presentation, or both. The organizing committee will evaluate all submissions and select the poster session presenters and lightning talk speakers.
The event is free to the UF community, but registration is required.
For more information on abstract submission and registration, please visit: https://informatics.institute.ufl.edu/2019/08/2019-hipergator-symposium-registration/
